Never Go On A Camping Trip Without The 4 Person Tent
FOR THE FIRST TIME, WE ALL AGREED ON SOMETHING. Almost half of the summer have passed without anything significant happening. My friends and I suddenly reached a decision to go camping. We got approval from our parents right away. They have been begging us to give them “a peace of mind” for a change. Packing my things quickly, I immediately set out to unite with my friends, but not after grabbing our 4 person tent. Woudn’t leave without it. At the appointed time we assembled at the supermarket. Bought some equipments and foods. And away we go.
It look like our idea of hiking is shared by many others as well. We were rubbing shoulders with other trekkers along the way. In a way it was stimulating to see lots of teenagers sharing the same passion. We are enjoying the hike. We have walked some distance already but we are far from being weary. A lot of hikers were stopping at a nearby brook. We decided it was a nice place to stop and rest. Most of the hikers are teenagers like us. There is a sprinkling of adult and middle-aged groups. The atmosphere is festive. People are making rounds, talking animatedly, conversing with everyone. The feeling is we are friends for a long time already.
Since it is very engaging here, we all agreed to stay here for the night. Setting up the 4 person tent was just a breeze. Wow, it’s been years already since we’ve last used it and still it look good-as-new. Suddenly, it begun to rain. We stepped inside the 4 person tent. When I was small, I used to remember how big the tent is and now I wonder if I would still feel the same. I can’t believe it. But I am still pleasantly overjoyed. The 4 person tent fits all of us, comfortable with space to move around. Amazing. No doubt, we can sleep comfortably inside. We were dry and warm inside while it is cold and raining outside. We hardly noticed the rain and it didn’t bother us a bit.
On the fourth day of our hike, we decided we’ve reached our limit. We reached the summit of the mountain. It was cold here – very cold. The plants and flowers are still covered in dew even though it’s nearly midday. Cold outside – warm inside the 4 person tent. Our 4 person tent delivered again. We could have freezed if not for our 4 person tent. Truly, the 4 person tent is our lucky charm. It has made our adventure truly memorable. Looking at my 4 person tent, I am positive, it will still be around for some time.
